1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to the oRing website and any oRing features that link to these terms. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Development status
oRing provides an early connected dashboard for authorized Oura accounts. Features may be incomplete, unavailable or changed as the service develops. Current Oura API analysis is deterministic; AI-generated analysis is not enabled.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet any age requirements that apply to your Oura account. If account features are enabled, you are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
4. Oura connection
oRing may allow you to authorize access to your Oura account through OAuth2. You control whether to grant access and which available permissions to approve. You may revoke access through Oura. Your use of Oura products and services remains subject to Oura's own terms and policies.
5. Permitted use
You may use oRing for lawful personal wellness purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to access another person's account or data without authorization
- Interfere with, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service
- Use automated means to scrape or abuse the service
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights
6. Wellness information, not medical advice
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of information shown by oRing. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
7. AI-generated information
If AI-assisted features are introduced after the required third-party approval and policy updates, their output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular person. AI-generated information will be provided for general wellness purposes only and must not be treated as medical advice.
8. Service availability
The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued, including when Oura changes or restricts its API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the completeness of data supplied by third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
oRing and its original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. OURA, ŌURA and related marks belong to Ōura Health Oy. oRing is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Ōura Health Oy.
10. Third-party services
The service may depend on Cloudflare, Oura and other providers. Their products, availability and data practices are governed by their own agreements. oRing is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, oRing is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, oRing and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made based on wellness information. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke Oura access at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse or maintain service security.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
